With 25 years of experience working for some of the world’s most respected and innovative hospitality brands, Big T Projects brings my expertise and enthusiasm to hospitality and related businesses, with a keen focus on development projects.
As Development Director and then Group Projects Director of Soho House, I worked directly with CEO Nick Jones for 12 years through a period of rapid global expansion. I was heavily involved in the creation of Soho Farmhouse, The Ned, Soho Works as well as many other sites and concepts around the world.
I continue my over 20 year collaboration with the Michelin-starred River Café and have led diverse development projects for my clients — from rural estates to retail-based hospitality — with a keen focus on brand experience and strategic integration. I have extensive experience of working on large, mixed-use projects – from farmyards and listed buildings to new-builds and offices – that incorporate any combination of F&B, rooms, members’ club, spa, co-working and other sub-brands.
Passionate about collaborating with founders and their teams, I provide consultancy and/or hands-on project management, co-ordinating commercial, design, and operational elements to bring hospitality visions to life. I thrive on strategic thinking, problem-solving, and results-driven execution, and bring a deep understanding of site and business operations, ensuring their seamless integration into the design and development process.
